Purchase Policy


Same day delivery
If you order by 9:30 AM we can typically deliver the flowers same day by 1:00 PM Monday through Saturday.
If you order by 2:00 PM we can typically deliver the flowers same day by 7:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Note: For same day delivery orders placed for morning deliveries only these may be delayed by up to 2 hours due to traffic in certain locations.

Due to multiple delivery requests, it is important that you call our online administration on +356 99512512 or +356 27496985 to ensure that your order can be delivered on that same day and on the time requested. For same day service on Saturday and Sunday please contact (+356) 99512512 for availability. If still the order is made, and same day delivery cannot be affected then the delivery will be scheduled for the next working day.

Specific Delivery Time
Specific and Timed deliveries are only accepted for Funerals or special Occasion deliveries as we are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time apart from the time frames stated in our delivery form, we are normally able to deliver within (4) four hours on same day confirmed orders. You may request a time frame in the additional information box when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your request, Important: requested time frames with less than +4 hours open window will be ignored.

Delivery Times
Normal delivery times are 7:00AM to 1:00PM & 1:00PM to 7:00PM from Monday to Friday and from 7:00AM to 1:00PM on Saturday.
During seasonal events such as Valentine’s Day, Woman’s Day and Mother’s Day we offer extended hours and delivery times including Saturday afternoon and Sundays , Should you require delivery out of our normal hours please call to verify on (+356) 99 512512 or (+356) 27496985 you can also email us [email protected]

Incorrect Addresses
If the recipient’s address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is an extra €5.00 charge for address correction and re-delivery. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such an order is made the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase and funds are not refunded, should the client provides substanital reasoning for submiting an incorect address it is the administrators of that detemines if the client is supplied by a credit note.

Recipient is not available
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a deemed safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return “the delivery person will take an image as proof of delivery”, in other cases it can be handed/ left with a neighbor or colleague at work against signature and/or Id. If none is available the delivery person will mail a missed Delivery Note with the order reference number, time of attempted delivery and with our telephone number to contact us back for pick-up or request a re-deliver at an extra cost of €5.00.

Funeral Deliveries
These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the flower delivery to the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. In any case we do not reach you by phone we will send you an e-mail/text message awaiting further instructions. Funeral ceremony times typically start at 8:00 AM or at 2:00 PM (+/0:30 minutes) from Monday to Friday and at 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM on Saturday, As not to be disappointed we suggest that order for funerals that will be held the next day before 9:00 AM do ensure you have confirmed your order before 8:00 PM or if later please call (+356 99512512) before confirming your order
• For flowers delivered to church where funeral ceremony will take place: include church name, locality & exact time the ceremony starts in the additional information box
• For Delivery to Mortuary room please specify in the additional information box: Hospital and exact time funerary vehicle will leave the Mortuary room. (Usually approx 1:00 hour before Funeral ceremony starts depends on distance to church location)

Cancelling or Changing an Order
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en-route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed please call (+356) 2749 6985 or (+356) 99512512 to advise us immediately and place your order on hold. If delivery has already been attempted please note that there is an additional €5.00 charge to re-deliver. All changes or cancellations must be sent from the same e-mail you have processed your payment, orders are effectively cancelled once email has been received. Any orders that have been placed & paid for by mistake and our online sales representatives have been requested to cancel the said order ref#, in such cases you (the buyer/client) is solely eligible for a credit note of the full amount.
Note: funds Refunded for a mistake by the client is against a charge of €3.50 due reversal charges, should the client disagree with the bank reversal charges administrators will not authorize the refund.
• Credit note amount should be redeemed within (1) one calendar year from the date of issue.
• A credit note is only issued and sent to the email you have supplied during your purchase order, please allow (5) five working days for the credit note to be issued.

Recipient refusal of delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, the sender/client will be held fully liable for the cost of the gift/s.

Recipient may be contacted
In some cases a representative from Flower Land or its sub-contractors may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be at the requested address to accept the delivery, such as (Government offices, schools or restricted access addresses).

Substitutions policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to vary individual stems from those shown to create your bouquet due to seasonal availability of certain flowers. Care is taken by our professional skilled florist to maintain style, theme and colour scheme, using flowers of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays and seasonal events. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose’s bouquet, gerbera or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour. Where our designs include a sundry item such as a vase, basket, pick, or balloon it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an ccasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.

Card Messages
The message that you write in the personal gift message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order, all messages and data provided within the order provided by the sender/customer are kept confidential and stored according to our data policy, If personal gift message is left blank the delivery will be considered anonymous.

Collection of Information, Data Protection and Data retention collects personal data and its sole scope and purpose is to be used to process your order & support your experience throughout this website, The relationship between and the client is solely based on the data supplied in electronic form by the client to , All the Data supplied by the client is exclusivily for the supply/delivery of the purchased item/s &/or services provided by its employees or its subcontactors to process the information/data that has been inputed and submited by the client, of which the client has fully agreed to “terms and conditions” when completing his/her order and which is definitive when the same order is accompanied with payment and confirmed,

• Directly & solely from information that has been supplied & submitted by the client .
• From transactions in which Flower Land and consumers are involved.
• From e-mail activity on our website and from a variety of third-party sources. data retention is part of our overall data management, This data is stored, retained and deleted based on age by an automated software of which software is based on rules set up by our IT, All data that the client has input/supplied to process the order is retained and deleted in the time frames as stated here under after which all this information serves no further purpose:
